GSB Architecture, Inc. was established by Greg S. Balderree, AIA Architect in 1989 with the mission to always provide high level design and professionalism, while creating lasting partnerships. Our primary focus is to provide outstanding architectural designs that are both environmentally friendly and energy efficient. Our office provides full service in California and Utah from programming and feasibility studies, project scheduling , consultant coordination, pre-design through construction document phases, finish selections, value engineering, constructability review, project management, construction administration and project closeout.
